An architect's reputation in India lives on Instagram and word of mouth. There was no professional place to be found, verified and judged on built work — and no way for a practice to own that presence rather than rent it from a feed.

Clients had the mirror problem. Nowhere to compare architects by their projects, their city and their discipline, and every introduction ran through someone taking a cut of the fee.

Built the whole thing end to end — the identity and logo, the product, and the application it runs on.
Built the platform end to end — architect and interior-designer directories, project pages, profiles and a marketplace, all under one identity.
Made the profile the product: COA-verified status, completed-project count, followers and profile views, with a direct Get a quote rather than a brokered introduction.
Gave projects the page they deserve — built-up and carpet area, studio, built year, location and a full image set, so a project answers the questions a client actually asks.
Shipped two AI tools: a Vastu report generator that reads a space against the nine-square grid and returns actionable remedies, and a cost calculator that estimates construction, renovation and interiors phase by phase.
Added Build Your Design, where a client gathers rooms into a collection and shares it with an architect — the brief starts before the first call.
Built a city-by-city cost-guide engine so the searches clients already run land on MOA instead of a competitor.
Ran the marketing off the same identity — AI-generated films and Meta awareness campaigns, so the launch reached architects who had never heard of MOA.
Held product management throughout: what shipped, in what order, and what waited.
