Order-iin — simplifying hotel, restaurant and catering supplies

A kitchen's supply list is split across vendors — packaging from one, cleaning from another, frozen from a third. Each has its own phone number, its own minimum order and its own delivery day, and the ordering happens over calls and WhatsApp where nothing leaves a record.

There was no single place to buy at wholesale rates with the reliability people expect from retail: a real catalogue with real prices, a cart, an order history, and a delivery date a kitchen can plan around.

Built the brand from nothing — name identity, logo, and the system that holds them together across app, storefront and advertising.
Made the mark do double duty: a ring that reads as a plate, a dot for the notification, and a leaf on the last letter of the wordmark for the freshness half of the promise.
Gave the palette two jobs rather than five — yellow carries the brand, blue marks anything a customer is meant to tap.
Built the storefront on Dukaan: categories, search, wishlist, cart, loyalty points, and a Request a Product route for whatever the catalogue does not carry yet.
Shipped the mobile app and took it through Play Store listing and review.
Put the ordering rule in the interface instead of the terms page — anything after 5pm ships next day, said on every screen.
Set up acquisition end to end: Meta and Google Ads with the tagging behind them, plus the SEO groundwork and a blog aimed at what buyers actually search for.
