The Agency — the operating system for video production

A production team's work was spread across Slack for talking, Trello for tasks, and a browser tab for AI. Every asset moved by copy-paste, and no tool knew what any other one had already decided.

They did not want a chat app with an AI button bolted on. They wanted one place where the people and the agents were addressed the same way, and where the work that came out of a conversation stayed in it.

Built the brand and the entire application end to end — identity, product design, and the deployed system.
Put teammates and AI agents in the same chat, so @mentioning a colleague and @mentioning an agent are the same gesture.
Built a full production crew as agents — storyboard, scriptwriter, director, DOP, producer — coordinated by an orchestrator that holds context across the whole project.
Built an orchestration canvas where multi-step workflows are assembled from nodes, wired together and run on demand.
Wired generated video and imagery back into the conversation, so a request and its result live in the same thread.

Shipped as an MVP in January 2026.

A brief goes from prompt to storyboard to script to cut without anyone leaving the chat.

The orchestrator carries context across text, images, audio and documents, so nothing has to be re-explained between steps.
